Most of Madeline's commission artwork is created from photographs she receives from her clients, turning photos into paintings and drawings. Madeline loves listening closely to the visions of her clients to be sure that she can create exactly what they desire. Madeline advises the buyer of the progress of the work as she proceeds.

For a portrait, the subject-head must be clear, 2-3 inches in height. All other subject matter must be a clear photograph min. dim. of 4" x 6".

Terms and Conditions:

A 50% deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE) is required to initiate the work. A photo of the finished work will be provided to the buyer, at which time it is reviewed and any corrections or additions are made. Another photo of the changes is presented and upon approval, the remaining 50% is due. Shipment is made at buyer's expense (Madeline pays the Insurance). Should the finished work be unacceptable, the buyer is not obligated to pay the balance. The finished work then becomes the property of the artist, M. Long Kerr.
