MADELINE LONG KERR, born and raised in Grosse Pointe, Michigan, living there through 1965, thence to St. Clair Shores until her marriage to IVIN KERR in 1986, living then in Dearborn and in 1989 to Marine City, Michigan where she currently resides.

ART EDUCATION Meinzinger Art Studio, 1957-8 Arts and Crafts (now Center for Creative Studies) 1958 for 6 months; since then, self-taught.

PROFESSIONAL HISTORY - Mrs. Kerr has been a professional artist for 40 years, selling works in oil, watercolor, graphite and colored pencil as well as being a commissioned artist.

SUBJECTS are diversified, including: florals, marine/nautical, still life, portraiture (people and pets), landscape.
